Our Return Policy.

Return will be accepted only if you have received a damaged product or if there is any manufacturing defect. You can return your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase as long as it is unused and unwashed. 

Kindly note we do not have any return pickup facility.The return shipping has to be handled at your end and we will not be able to refund any postage/courier charges incurred by you.

We will be happy to make a full refund which will be credited back into the credit/debit card or the bank account which was used for the purchase. 

How do you return something?

Please notify us by emailing us at support@mnrdecor.com within 14 days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s). Kindly mention the details of the items, your name with which you placed your order and reason of return. On receipt of the same we will check your order details and communicate to you to proceed with the return.

Upon receipt of the parcel, we will initiate the refund within 1-2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email of the refund initiation from our payment gateway. The payment is usually credited back within 7 working days.
